Terms & Conditions

The general terms that apply to every Watersports Ltd booking, plus links to the specific terms for each activity.

Watersports Ltd operates a range of Queenstown adventures — Thunder Jet, Hydro Attack, Queenstown Paraflights, Jet Ski Tours and Jet Cars — and each activity has its own detailed terms. The general terms below apply to all bookings; please also read the specific terms for the activity you're booking.

General Booking Terms

Bookings & Payment

All bookings are made through our online booking system or at the Watersports Kiosk, Steamer Wharf, and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and your safety briefing.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of departure can be rebooked or refunded; no-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the fare. Where we cancel for safety or operational reasons, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Weather Policy

All of our activities are weather dependent. If conditions aren't suitable we'll contact you to reschedule, or refund you in full for cancellations made by us. We recommend calling for a weather check about an hour before your departure.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all activities and combos, are transferable, and must be redeemed by the expiry date shown on the voucher. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Health & Safety

Your participation is subject to the safety requirements and risk acknowledgements for your chosen activity. Restrictions on age, height and weight apply for safety and are detailed at the time of booking.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability on Watersports Ltd is excluded. You may be covered by the New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) Scheme in the event of injury. Our operations are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
